Our DEI Committee curates firm-wide programming, engagements, and partnerships to continually foster the environment for diversity, equity, and inclusion across the firm. The committee also leads Altrinsic’s ‘DEI Learning Initiative,’ which provides all employees with tools to strengthen self-awareness and effect positive behavioral changes around DEI. The DEI Committee reports to and works closely with our Operating Committee to advance DEI initiatives and track progress.
